Comments: The tour was informative, and they had a wheelchair lift, but it was hard to hear the narration at the back of the trolley. Not all trolleys have lifts, so if you get off, you have to wait for the accessible trolley to come by again, which could take a long time.

General Description: The Alamo Trolley Tour Company provides both a one hour tour of the city, or the option to hop-on and hop-off. If you require a wheelchair lift, they have two trolleys with lifts. Be sure to let them know your plans 24 hours in advance if at all possible. Tours go to the Central Market, Cathedral, Alamo, several Missions, and the Governor's Palace.

Comments: Make sure you call in advance if you have any special requirements. They do have two trolleys with lifts, and each trolley has one tie-down at the rear of the seating area. The tour office is located across the street from the Alamo. The doorway is a bit narrow, and there is a little incline to get into the door which may require assistance. The tour office is attached to the Menger Hotel, which has accessible restrooms.
The trolleys are nicely air conditioned.
